A tracking 'number' is a unique 13 digit alphanumerical identifier assigned to each package (e.g. VD78960028PDX4). The tracking number is printed on the lower right side of each shipping label.

To find the tracking number of a previously shipped package, go to 'My Packages' and copy the 13 digit code in the QR# column.
